Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ialah menghasilkan program bimbingan dan konseling komunitas yang tepat untuk mendukung PYD pada anggota komunitas Schoolzone di Radio SE 88.1 FM Bandung. Penelitian menggunakan metode penelitian tindakan partisipatoris. Penelitian dilakukan di Radio SE 88.1 FM Bandung dengan subjek penelitian anggota komunitas Schoolzone, yaitu komunitas remaja yang memiliki ketertarikan dalam bidang penyiaran radio. Penelitian menghasilkan program bimbingan dan konseling komunitas yang tepat untuk mendukung PYD berdasarkan refleksi terhadap dua siklus tindakan. Rekomendasi ditujukan kepada 1) anggota komunitas untuk mempertahankan kompetensi yang dicapai selama intervensi, 2) Radio SE 88.1 FM untuk menggunakan pola pembinaan komunitas berdasarkan tindakan pada penelitian, 3) praktisi bimbingan dan konseling yang akan melakukan bimbingan dan konseling komunitas untuk mendukung PYD agar memiliki keterampilan memahami karakteristik keterampilan psikologis yang dibutuhkan anggota, memahami pola interaksi, dan mampu melibatkan berbagai pihak dalam proses bimbingan konseling komunitas, serta 4) peneliti selanjutnya untuk mengintegrasikan bimbingan dan konseling komunitas dengan aspek akademik anggota komunitas, sehingga mencapai PYD yang menyeluruh dalam setiap aspek kehidupan.
