Peningkatan responsibility melalui penerapan model pembelajaran ditinjau dari kepribadian extrovert dan introvert siswa

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk meningkatkan tanggung jawab siswa melalui penerapan model pembelajaran teaching personal social responsibility (TPSR) dan direct instruction (DI) ditinjau dari kepribadian introvert dan extrovert. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah eksperimen dengan desain faktorial 2 x 2. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah SDN 1 dan 2 Panyingkiran berjumlah 41 siswa putra dan putri dari kelas IV. Teknik sampling yaitu random sampling. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 32 siswa. Instrumen untuk mengukur kepribadian (Eysenck) dan sikap tanggung jawab, menggunakan skala angket personal social responsibility. Analisis data menggunakan SPSS versi 17. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Terdapat perbedaan pengaruh siswa yang belajar dengan model pembelajaran TPSR dan DI terhadap peningkatan sikap tanggung jawab, (2) Terdapat perbedaan pengaruh siswa dengan kepribadian tipe extrovert yang diberikan model pembelajaran TPSR dan DI terhadap peningkatan sikap tanggung jawab, (3) Terdapat perbedaan pengaruh siswa dengan kepribadian tipe introvert yang diberikan model pembelajaran TPSR dan DI terhadap peningkatan sikap tanggung jawab, (4) Terdapat interaksi antara model pembelajaran dan kepribadian introvert, extrovert terhadap peningkatan sikap tanggung jawab. Simpulan dalam penelitian ini model pembelajaran TPSR lebih baik daripada DI. Penelitian ini menyarankan untuk menggunakan model pembelajaran TPSR dalam meningkatkan tanggung jawab.
