About the Journal
Jurnal Abmas is a peer‑reviewed community‑service journal published by the Directorate of Research and Community Service (DPPM), Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia (UPI). The journal disseminates results of Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (Abmas) that address pressing socio‑economic, environmental, and educational challenges in Indonesia and other emerging countries, with explicit relevance to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). By documenting innovative, context‑sensitive service projects, the journal aims to strengthen the link between university‑based community engagement and sustainable development at local, national, and global levels.
Jurnal Abmas has been accredited at Rank 5 through the Decree of the Director General of Higher Education, Research and Technology, Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia Number 152/E/KPT/2023 concerning the Accreditation Ranking of Scientific Journals Period III 2023. Abmas Journal is published twice a year in June and December. Every article submitted to the editorial team will be selected through a desk review process and evaluation of the initial manuscript by the Editorial Board, followed by a review process conducted by reviewers.
