IJoTIS promotes research in the broad field of science and engineering education (including agricultural education, environmental science, etc.) with a special focus on the Indonesian context, while remaining open to global contributions. The scope of this journal includes:

- Book and Resource Reviews
Every submitted manuscript undergoes a double-blind peer review process by at least two expert reviewers in the relevant field. Priority is given to novelty and strong scientific contributions. All manuscripts are screened for plagiarism using Turnitin with a maximum similarity tolerance of 20%.
